This easy-to-use chart lets you quickly see the acidic or alkaline effect different foods have on your body. Each food is categorized as acid-forming or alkaline-forming, based on how it affects your body after digestion.
Simply avoid the alkaline-forming foods and focus on the acid-forming foods until you reach the optimal pH level needed to conceive a girl.
You’re free to create your own menu. There’s no strict diet to follow and no limits on how much you can eat.
