REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This policy is in effect to encourage women to join us, become part of our growing community and purchase with confidence, while discouraging unfair and unethical use of the content (digital product) provided inside our private members’ area (Learning Center).

Although we have been online and offering our gender selection products and services for three decades, there has been an unfortunate trend of unethical and fraudulent use and abuse over the last few years that has forced us to implement a strict refund and return policy, which is meant to protect both parties involved.

You will find all the details about our Refund Policy on this page, your eligibility, along with the steps required to submit a refund request.

By purchasing a Home Kit, you AGREE to and ACCEPT to comply with the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy described below.

PURPOSE

Our Refund Policy is meant to:

1) Protect you, as our valued Customer, and allow you to purchase with confidence, knowing that you will have a reasonable amount of time to review the content we provide (delivered as a digital product), and to make an informed decision about being a good fit for you or not.

2) Protect us, the content and service provider, by preventing a Customer from having access to, downloading and making use of both the digital content and physical products included in the Home Kit for the short term, followed by requesting a refund as a way to benefit from the digital content and physical products without paying for it.

THE POLICY

We’re so confident that you will see great value in the information, tools and personal support we provide you with that we make this a 100% risk-free purchase decision.

Ninety percent (90%) of what the Home Kit includes (its ‘digital’ content) resides inside our private Learning Center online, which you will have access to upon purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase after taking some time to browse the private Learning Center and review its content, simply contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will issue a refund for your Home Kit – no questions asked.

The Crucial Dates™ are an important part of this product and count for approximately half of your success with the natural 3-Step Method™. Claiming access to those Crucial Dates™ is part of the final Step #3. The first 2 steps have to be completed (which takes 4 to 12 weeks) before access to the Crucial Dates™ is granted. This will not happen until after the 30-day money back guarantee stated inside this Refund Policy has expired. Likewise, the optimal pH level required to conceive the desired gender won’t be revealed within the first 30 days.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible to receive a refund, you must:

1) Contact us and request your return authorization number within 30 days of purchasing your Gender Selection Home Kit™.

2) Return the physical products (the envelope you received in the mail) to us in its original package / sealed, unopened, with all of its content unused and unaltered. (Do not use ‘return to sender’ as this will void your eligibility to receive a refund.)

3) Make sure that we receive your Home Kit (envelope) back within 60 days of your purchase date, NO exception.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Simply contact us to let us know that you wish to receive a refund for your purchase. We will get back to you within 2 business days. (We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.)

Provided that your refund request is received within 30 days of your date of purchase and that your eligibility has been confirmed, we will provide you with your return authorization number along with detailed instructions on how and where (return address) to mail it back to us, which will be done at your own expense. Please note that you will be asked to provide us with a tracking number for your shipment, which is mandatory.

TERMS

  • The shipping fees you pay when you purchase your Gender Selection Home Kit™ are not refundable.
  • $25 USD will be deducted from your refund amount to cover for handling and administration fees.

PROCESSING

Upon receiving your envelope/package back, it will be inspected to make sure that it meets the requirements (sealed, unused, unaltered).

Eligible refunds are issued within 10 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) of receiving your envelope back.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your (partial) refund has been issued.
